Fear and Phobias.. The highs & lows, twists & turns of life affect everyone and generate fears that may revolve around physical safety, sickness, living under difficult circumstances, exposure to hazardous conditions, experiencing financial crisis, loss of a loved one, scared of never finding someone special to spend life with, start at a new school, begin a different job, move to a new town, or meet new people. Fear can be caused by Lack of faith in oneself, Insecurity, Attachments & dependencies, Mistrust, inability to open oneself, experiences of the past, habit of seeing situations & people in a negative way, dishonesty. The situations, activities, & individuals that frighten us remain static and their relative intensity does not change but our fear grows, if we choose not to confront it. Share your fears with others so they do not grow as pent up feelings inside and let go the worries you carry. Learn to face fears, observe your thoughts, feelings & response but not be ruled by them instead choose to act differently. Move through your fears with patience, courage & confidence to shape the lives as you want. The universe will always offer you some form of aid or support while you walk through your fear taking all the risks.

Past Life Regression The effects of a past life can manifest in your current life in many ways but should be used as a tool, not an excuse. Inside our subconscious lie our memories from past lives. Though we seldom remember even having lived these past lives, the experiences we had living them have had a hand in shaping who we are today. The effects of a past life can manifest in a later lifetime in many ways - phobias, self-limiting beliefs, physical problems, or innate creative abilities. Violence, death, and trauma in a past life may show up as fear, uncontrollable anger, or low self-esteem in this one, while positive experiences from an earlier lifetime may cause you to feel strongly drawn to certain people, places, or objects without knowing why. Many people turn to past life regression therapists to revisit their past lives. Past life regression allows you to recall the memories and emotions associated with a past life that continue to exert an influence over your present reality. You may not have even been aware that these experiences are still affecting you today. Past life regression therapy can offer you a unique opportunity to reconnect with these memories so you can understand them and free yourself. To discover more about your past lives, consider keeping a notebook where you can record anything that could be a memory from a different lifetime. You may also feel drawn to a particular period in history, a seemingly unfamiliar locale, or a new person you've met who seems oddly familiar. Pick a time and choose a place where you can relax. Envision your body being filled with healing white light. Remember that nothing you see or hear will harm you. Ask yourself what you hope to achieve through regression and connect with your inner vision. Observe what you see without judgment. When you are done, think about how what you experienced relates to your present life. There may be beliefs from a past life that you are still operating under but are now ready to let go of. The significance of your past life memory may not be immediately obvious until much later. You can make the most of your past lives by learning from them. While past life regression can be an exciting journey, it is not a substitute for living in the present where we are most needed right here and now

Creating Positive Circumstances Why do we find it so hard to create positive circumstances, a positive future in our life? One reason is we all have the tendency to spend most of our time in the past, reliving & replaying our memories. Look back on your average day & you may find that more than 3/4ths of your time is spent in the past (a lot of times without you realizing it). Not only do we try to relive the past, but we also attempt to change it! We attempt the impossible & in so doing, we live in very small cycles where tomorrow tends to turn out similar to yesterday, & then we wonder why we do not have the power to change our lives. It feels like we do not have the will-power, we do not have the ability to change the circumstances in our lives, our destiny.

How much needles stress are you carrying around right now? Do you feel burdened by life's uncontrollable circumstances & your own emotional issues? Becoming more grounded & happy starts with letting go of worry & stress. Letting go of anything in life can be scary, but it can also be an amazing act of self-love. Letting go of my worries & stress made a difference for me; of course I still dip in & out of some very stressful circumstances from time to time, but I've found this quick reference list a good reminder of what I need to strive for on a daily basis in order to feel better & think effectively. 1. Let go of cheating on your future with your past. It's time to move on & tell a new story. 2. Let go of feeling guilty for making yourself a priority. 3. Let go of all thoughts that don't make you feel empowered & strong. 4. Let go of your fear of the unknown; take one small step & watch the path reveal itself. And remember that you don’t need to know it all first. We learn the way on the way. 5. Let go of worrying; worrying is like praying for what you don't want. 6. Let go of blaming anyone for anything; be accountable for your own life. If you don't like something, you have two choices, accept it or change it. 7. Let go of regrets; at one point in your life, that “whatever" was exactly what you wanted. 8. Let go of anger toward ex lovers & ex friends. We all deserve happiness & love; just because it is over doesn't mean the love was wrong. It’s what you needed at the time to learn & grow. 9. Let go of trying to save or change people. Everyone has her own path & the best thing you can do is work on yourself & set a great example. 10. Let go of thinking you are damaged & flawed; you matter, & the world needs you just as you are. You are not the shape of your body or the number on some scale. Your uniqueness is what makes you outstanding. 11. Let go of thinking everyone else is happier, more successful or better off than you. You are right where you need to be. Your journey is unfolding perfectly for you. 12. Let go of thinking you are not where you should be.You are right where you need to be to get to where you want to go, so start asking yourself where you want to go.

Break your Karmic Pattern in relationship issues with help of Past Life regression session... Read somewhere , like to share... A beautiful explanation on Karmic relationship - The relationship that drives people crazy with anger and frustration are from a past life. These are the people who really get under your skin and exasperate you endlessly. Very often, these karmic relationships are with people in your immediate family. Karmic relationships mean that you’ve had prior lifetimes with this person, and you both were sent back to be together to work things out peacefully. This was your soul’s choice, although it was probably highly pushed upon you by your guides and angels who helped you script out much of your life. Usually a karmic relationship is someone with whom you had a battle or other harsh circumstances. You returned together in this lifetime to ensure that you’d work things out, and clear both of your energies. If you don’t clear the energies in this lifetime, you’ll be pressured to continue to incarnate with this soul again and again and again. And each lifetime, his or her relationship to you will continue to be close, either through genetics and familial bonds, or through friendship, marriage, or career. So, that annoying co-worker could be your mother or husband next lifetime unless you clear the energy with her in this one. You’re brought together with the other soul so that you can forgive him or her. This doesn’t mean forgiving their actions. It means detoxing your soul by releasing anger toward them. You don’t have to hang out with the person, but you do need to release old pent-up toxic feelings. Holding in old anger is caustic and unhealthful. It’s also a waste of time and energy to blame that person for family dramas and your own upset. Blaming is a projection of our ego, where we don’t own our own shadows and ego issues, and we put them in the basket labeled: “It’s their fault.” And while it may be true that that person is the instigator of traumas, blaming him or her doesn’t help the situation and doesn’t balance the karma between you. Breaking the Karmic Cycle The first step to break this karmic cycle is for you to take responsibility for its presence in your life. Your soul agreed to be with this person because it was necessary for your spiritual progress. So forgiving yourself is the ultimate secret to healing everything in all directions of time. This involves forgiving yourself for entering this relationship whenever you did in the distant past lifeti

Fear is the reason you resist life. You resist your own expansion because you are “fearful” of expanding. People want better lives but deep down they are afraid of leaving their present reality behind, even if it’s a miserable one. The mind wants to cling to the familiar, so it will cling to an unpleasant life situation also – just because it’s familiar. Clinging, or identifying, with a life situation causes you to resist the movement of life, and hence you start feeling stagnant or stuck.
